The Rural Health Clinic, a part of the OSF Holy Family Clinics, provides primary and specialty health care to patients of all ages.

Hours & Location

The Rural Health Clinic, located on the OSF Holy Family Medical Center campus, is open seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Same Day Appointments
For your convenience, the Rural Health Clinic provides same day appointments, but availability is limited. When patients walk in, we will tell them the next available appointment time. If you call ahead, we will give you an appointment time over the phone if available.

Three important items you should know:

  1. Call early to get an appointment.

  2. Be prompt or you will lose your appointment time.

  3. You can not be seen for everything as a same day appointment (no procedures or physicals of any kind during these appointments).
