That's why our visiting hours are flexible, we provide ample parking, and make sure that our patient rooms and waiting rooms offer the best in comfort

The skilled and compassionate doctors, nurses, and support staff at OSF Holy Family set the standard for patient care. Each patient is treated like family with personal care. The access we provide to specialized clinics, modern medical technology, and a long list of services make each patient's stay, however long or brief, one that will ultimately lead to a full recovery.

Patient Accommodations

The accommodations at OSF Holy Family stand out among other hospitals. Each patient room is beautifully decorated with handpicked artwork and year-round garden views to promote a healing environment. Waiting areas share the same vibrance and comfort.

Dining options at OSF Holy Family offer a wide variety of delicious choices from our menu. Our in-room dining service is constantly being improved to provide further convenience and comfort for our patients.

Hours of Operation

The OSF Holy Family Medical Center Emergency Department is open 24 hours with qualified physicians and physician assistants on duty at all times.

Visiting hours will be 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. in order for routine patient care and procedures to be performed. Visits outside normal visiting hours will be allowed in special situations.

Many of our diagnostic and screening services have evening or weekend appointments available. In addition to hospital services, the OSF Holy Family Clinics are open every day from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.

The hospital gift shop is open each weekday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Our cafeteria is open to the public. Cafeteria hours are from 7 to 9:30 a.m., 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., and 4:30 to 6:30 p.m.
