Project Summary
OSF Holy Family Medical Center is embarking on a project that will expand its current medical clinic space. The expansion project will renovate the F-Wing, former site of the OSF Holy Family long term care unit, into new space for the clinic.
| Current Clinic Space | Future Clinic Space |
| 8,700 Square Feet 10 Providers 23 Exam Rooms |
15,000 Square Feet 12-14 Providers 37 Exam Rooms |
This renovation will help OSF Holy Family provide the space needed as our services continue to grow, allow us the opportunity to recruit additional health care providers for our patients, and will enhance the ability of the clinic to serve the medical needs of the Monmouth community.
The clinic is scheduled to open in late spring/early summer of 2012.
Update - September 2011
After breaking ground on June 27, the demolition team started with removal of plumbing walls/ceilings and abatement of insulation, window sills, and lighting ballasts/tubes. Demolition has continued with interior walls being brought down in early August.
As of September 2, demolition is 95 percent complete. Demolition crews have left the site and abatement teams are in the process of removing the remaining floor tiles.
